Stephen Flynn (BSc Hons)

Stephen is a degree educated Quantity Surveyor with over 17 years’ experience working in the construction industry spanning various sectors and jurisdictions.
Since coming from Ireland to Australia in 2010, Stephen has had the privilege of working on some of the largest projects ever undertaken in Australia.
Stephen’s desire to learn and improve, coupled with his live project experience, has endowed Stephen with a unique ability to comprehend and effectively address the most complex of commercial matters affecting construction projects.
Having worked in the Australian construction industry for a decade, Stephen noted similar problems cropping up time and again on the various construction projects in which he was involved.
It was Stephen’s conviction to address such problems which lead him to set up Verstand Group.
